Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your artwork from Angela Wan Art. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Original paintings
  • Commissioned or personalized artwork
  • Limited edition prints (if marked final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
