Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a subscription product (such as Aloha Mail Club), you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Once a billing cycle has been processed, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled for that month’s shipment.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, and your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current paid period.

Because subscription items include limited edition artwork prepared specifically for members, previous payments are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
